Weight, weave and colour get matched before a single stitch. If the original thread is gone, they'll pick the closest tone and tell you.

The repair itself
Most jobs are an hour or two of real work. You'll get a photo when the tricky part is done — the patch behind the knee, the new zip tape, the re-set button.

You try it on
On any alteration, there's a fitting before it's finished. Two centimetres is the difference between a good hem and your hem.

A fixer reviews the photo or the item in hand and confirms a fixed price before any work starts. You never pay more than the quote you accepted.
We tell you before you pay. Sometimes the honest answer is that a piece has had its life — then we'll point you to resale or textile recycling instead.
Five days end to end on Standard, two on Express, next day on Concierge. Complex work — a relined jacket, a full overhaul — gets its own date up front.
Yes — brands can add repair as a line item in their own store, or send customers to us after purchase. Both run on the same fixer network.
